To get started, please sign up to create an account. With your account, you will be able to schedule appointments, manage your family members’ accounts, fill out forms, view appointment history, view your chart, and request statements for insurance reimbursement/superbill.

Account Creation: For family group sessions- only one account is required per household. Please do not create separate/multiple accounts for each family member.

Account Setup/ Adding Family Members: Add each family member who will be seen individually to the same household account.
